Here are the results from the top ten voting.

There were 13 ballots submitted.

For each item, I show the total points and then the number of first,
second, and third place votes that item received.

The maximum possible total (if an item had received all first place 
votes) would have been 195.

The lowest possible total (all last place votes) would have been 13.

I will be meeting with IT next Thursday (10/16) to officially present 
this to them.  I will indicate that they should use the person that is 
listed with each item as the main contact for that item.
