The Charge Subcommittees will make written recommendations to the Council as a whole after their findings are completed. Subcommittee serve at the pleasure of the council, and only the council can disband a subcommittee or drop a topic. If the subcommittee's report affects policy at a higher level, it is the responsibility of the chair of the council to take the report to the appropriate person/University committee for a decision.
